The 1903 barn has a large hay loft and milk parlor below with room for 150.  Outside spaces include large patio area for dining and dancing, decomposed granite patio with fireplace near the old milk barn which now serves as a bar, grass area with fire pit and gaming area with horseshoes and corn hole.
